As a developer that is committed to a style of learning that is continual I am wondering how I can best pass my knowledge on. Not just in the sense of training, but something more fundamental. How can start reaching kids in high school and help to cultivate an interest in software development. How can connect with the educators and administrators to help them see the kind of talent our market so badly needs. I think JP is right here, I shall just go and ask, and see what they need from me.
