Feature Boxing versus Time Boxing

I was discussing Agile development with my team this week while we entertained Ken Collier at work, when Ken discussed release planning it occurred to me, that time boxing development is sooo much easier for the business. I am not sure why I had always been a feature box proponent but I was, and now I am not.

I am now pretty excited to deploy this at work and see if we can't make both the developers and the business users lives easier.
